Nowadays, internet has been the superb-daily-interaction-comunication tool that allows people to expose their lives. That allows the erroneous transmission of thr freedom expression, causing a randevous of what is written and what is transmitted into te cyberspace, therefore, causing a series of offensive comentaries to the honor of the attacked. The auctors, commonly named as "haters", assume odious personalities and hide in the digital anonimity, not taking charge for their actions. Hence, the present paper aim is to describe the non-appliaction of the criminal law norms regarding the rights to honor crimes in technological environment. As for the data abalysis, the research focus in the qualitative method, approaching doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings. That said, this article results in the intense need to classify hate in the Brazilian criminal legal system, even as a blank criminal norm, since the law must accompany the evolution of society.
