Abstract

Waterproofing is an extremely important phase in the execution of a work, because through it there is a greater guarantee of durability of the structure due to damage caused by moisture and fluids, according to engineer Antônio Neves, owner of the site blok its cost during the work is between 2% of the total budget when supervised and executed correctly during its stages, but when not done and a future repair is necessary, this percentage can increase significantly, and can be up to 10%, a cost that is not interesting so much for the engineer or builder and the customer.
