The specific purpose of this article is to demonstrate the influence of the media on the Right to Oblivion and how this influence can impactthe social reintegration of a transgressor. We Will high light the problematization in cases of great media repercussion and the conflict between the Right to forget fulness, the right to privacy and freedom of expression. The frequent problematization in cases of great media repercussion demonstrates how the media is able to influence and boost the judgment of society when it acts in an unbridled way, such behavior affects the legal system because even though the applicability of the penalty has been effective and fulfills its social function. there will always be a conflict over the right. To achieve this objective, we will elucidate some cases of real transgressors, the different decisions and positions about the applicability of the Right to Oblivion and the difficulty of reinserting it into society, because even if the social function of the penalty is fulfilled, it is not always granted the applicability of the Right. to oblivion.
