Abstract

Induced abortion is the intentional termination of pregnancy, resulting in the death of the unborn child. It is a clandestine practice par excellence and bears the mark of disapproval. After some experiences with adolescent women who had abortions and observing their suffering, this work was prepared with the aim of getting to know the population involved in the practice of clandestine abortion among adolescents in the municipality of the cell; The topic under study was chosen due to the high rate of cases related to induced or clandestine abortion in adolescent populations in the municipality of Cela, and because they are also cases not reported by public health; The study of the subject in question reveals extreme importance because it is a motivated and aggravated problem, often due to lack of information from the population. For it is a problem that affects millions of teenagers all over the world and nevertheless. For this research, the qualitative, descriptive and longitudinal model was selected, since it is generally appropriate when there is the possibility of collecting data and variables from samples of a population, the methods used are Theoretical, Empirical. However, the delivery of lectures, health education, as well as knowledge of the risks of a clandestine abortion can help health professionals to eradicate this practice among adolescents in the municipality of the cell.
