Abstract

The objective of this work is to emphasize the importance of family and clinical management in the rehabilitation of the dependent chemist and emphasize that chemical dependence is a pathology resulting from a dysfunctional family structure that also requires going through the therapeutic and drug process as a way to alleviate the psychological distress of all involved, thus fighting abstinence and how to deal with relapses. Check the existence of damage to the family of the dependent chemist; understand the effects of drug use and its symptoms; Analyze the types of approaches to treatment; understand the contribution that interventions can have on family life and investigate the importance of including the family in the treatment. Nevertheless, the greater the number of family members participating in the multifamily therapy group, the better the user's adherence to reducing the impact of psychological and physical dependence. It is a relevant and important topic for the academic world and society in general. The research was published online through scientific articles through the Scientific Electronic Library Online database (Scielo) and electronic journals in psychology (PepSic), through dissertations from the main universities and electronic journals in the country.
