The present work aimed at evaluating the phytosanitary problems of aubergine and tomato crops in the experimental field of the Polytechnic Higher Institute of Kwanza Sul and to provide technical support. It was carried out in the period from January to February 2022 for the completion of the module Special Topics in Plant Protection. During the accomplishment of the work the following methods were used: Collection of information through Bibliographical research, Descriptive method and field research through an observation. Relatively to the results it could be verified that the Eggplant of improved variety, in his fruits presented a symptom of anthracnose. And as for the pest found on the lower margins of the leaves it was the white fly. The local variety of aubergine showed symptoms of cercospora. In the case of tomato, the leaves were attacked by pinta-preta or mancha-de-alternaria (Alternaria solani).
