Introduction: intraoral scanners were a great evolution in dentistry, raising the level of precision; aesthetics, speed, since taking an impression requires more time and is not always accurate. Adhesive restorations have become very common in clinical daily life and their adaptations are extremely important, so intraoral scanners guarantee greater accuracy and thus provide a better adaptation. Objectives: It was to evaluate which brand of intra-oral scanner has the best accuracy Methodology: A systematic review was carried out, with a total of 6 articles included, and these articles were acquired through a systematic search in the PubMed virtual database Results: Scanners of various brands and models were analyzed, 3Shape, Dentsply Sirona, Medit, 3M, Align Technology, Carestream dental, GC Europe, D4D Technology, IOS Technology, Zfx GmbH, as well as analog materials from the brands President, Extrude, after a comparison of these in full-crown preparations and indifferent restorations, 3Shape scanners consistently perform better. Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that 3Shape's Trios acquired better results compared to the others, with the exception of Dentsply Sirona's PrimeScan, which acquired similar and even superior results, but in a smaller sample of articles.
