Highlighting the fundamental aspects that contribute to the work action of the military police and associating these reflections and actions from a context of expansion and ethical consolidation is the fundamental object of this article that presents, in the context of the configuration of social representation, the importance of acting coherently with the mission and professional responsibility. Thinking about the context of ethics, in an environment that experiences the constancy of experiences of conflict and tensions, requires a strategic action of care that involves management, psychosocial health, the collective understanding of social representation and the public security policy itself, which, when uncontrolled or unattended, it can lead to the expansion of adverse situations that compromise the effort for the ethical context. This article seeks to reflect, based on bibliographic references, about these configurations.
