PSEUDOPORFIRIA IN CHRONIC RENAL PATIENTS: A LITERATURE REVIEW

Pseudoporphyria is a rare bullous dermatosis with higher prevalence in critically ill patients. It has great clinical similarity and alteration with alteration due to late occurrence, but without the purpose of this occurrence study. An integrative literature review was carried out. The reference data for study 20 were important in the period of December 2021 through the databases of the National Library of Medicine of the United States (PUBMED) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Sciences (LILACS) using the descriptors " pseudoporphyria”, “porphyria” and “cutaneous”. Articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, published between 1999 and 220, available in full text and free of charge, were used as inclusion criteria. Analysis of analysis17 articles, being these diagnoses in 3 categories: occurrence, and approach. The analysis of the studies showed, in addition to being rare, pseudoporphyria is an underdiagnosed disease that makes a differential diagnosis with other diseases through clinical and histological examination and requires several N-acetylcysteine oral drugs for its extension.
