THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION IN BASIC EDUCATION TEACHING AREAS

Continuing education can be understood as a process in which the completion of the Licentiate course is just one of the stages of the long learning process in the teaching career. In this sense, continuing education refers to the entire learning process that takes place after initial training. This training can take place at different times, such as within the school through collaborative and reflective spaces, in congresses and lectures and in graduate programs. Within this context, thinking about developing a continuing education project, two tasks will be carried out: In the first task, an analysis of a question will be carried out and an answer to it considering the established response pattern. In the second task, a dissertation text contemplating some mathematical content associated with a methodology for more participatory teaching of Mathematics by students.
