This article sought to describe the physical, cognitive and functional sequelae reported by SUS users recovered from Covid-19 in a neighborhood in the municipality of Serra Santa Catarina. Method: it is a field study with a quantitative approach, carried out with 81 people who had COVID -19 between October 2020 and March 2021. The project was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research in Human Beings (CEP) of the Universidade do Planalto Catarinense (UNIPLAC) on protocol 4,710,045. After approval, sample selection and data collection began between June and August 2021 through a structured questionnaire. The questionnaires were applied: via WhatsApp, telephone interviews and home visits. In all circumstances, ethical precepts were observed. Results: the study showed an incidence in females, mostly with mild symptoms without the need for hospitalization, with the presence of sequelae such as fatigue, headache, and most participants did not undergo rehabilitation. It is concluded that there is a need for studies that monitor the consequences of the sequelae of covid 19.
