THE CONSEQUENCES OF POOR COMMUNICATION ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE IN SANTARÉM – PA

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relationships between engineers and workers, and the consequences of poor communication, since communication is a fundamental tool for human beings to live in society. In this way, bibliographic research and research on construction sites in Santarém are addressed. In fact, the use of all the resources for the communication process can create pleasant relationships among employees, and consequently cause the use of ideas. The analysis of the results obtained in the research revealed that, in most cases, the workers have doubts during the construction of a work, and have already revealed that the lack of communication has generated accidents on the construction site.
