Preliminary notions and evidentiary concepts will be demonstrated within the labor procedural law, thus demonstrating some peculiarities. This evidentiary means is provided for in the Civil Procedure Code of 2015, and is applied supplementarily and subsidiarily to the labor procedural law, under the terms of articles 15 of the CPC and 769 of the CLT, being the central theme of this work.
