Abstract

The present article aims to question the lack of recognition of the Poliafetiva family in Brazil, since there is no regularization on the subject, and the number of demands is growing more and more, requiring regulation by the legal system. It tries to question the established monogamy as a unique and correct form of relationship, in the face of existential autonomy in the individual, and of the primordial principles of Family Law.
