APPLICABILITY OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MONITORING OF CAUTION BY THE POLICE AUTHORITY IN CASE OF URGENCY: MARIA DA PENHA LAW NUMBER 11.340/2006

Abstract

Through the course of this work, we sought to address a latent issue that has been troubling society in the course of day to day. Violence against BEING A WOMAN is something that devastates us and increases the wound imposed by each occurrence, leading us to seek ways to effectively reduce such facts. The proposed objective is to provide a tool that will enhance the Urgent Protective Measure, within a deductive methodology. We believe that with the implementation of the proposed device, it will be possible to reduce the occurrences, taking an imperative, but necessary, through the power of the State, intervening, in a fast and objective way, seeking to have a free and peaceful coexistence between the citizens, respecting as a matter of priority the Principle of Human Dignity, which is advocated in our Constitution in article 1, item III. The need to contain the negative behavioral facts in relation to women is notorious, and, thinking in this way, the theme was developed in a concise way, prioritizing the need to implement a technological tool that supports and assists the police authority. Every day technology is more present in everyday life, and it should be used in multiple ways to improve life in society.
