This article seeks to discuss the implications, impacts and consequences of the "Pejotization" contract model on the labor rights of medical professionals, since over time societies have undergone several changes, including labor relations, with the implementation of norms being regulated through an employment contract, stipulating the rights and obligations of both parties.The "Pejotization" institute appears as a customary conduct in order to reduce this tax burden in the hiring of individuals as legal entities, thus, companies reach their goals of higher profits while the class of workers that is harmed, not having benefits of labor funds and other protections, generating the precariousness of work, consequently economic, legal and social losses.
