This article sought to evaluate positive points in the use of hyaluronic acid to delay facial dermal aging. Aging affects all human beings from birth. Beauty standards are becoming more rigid, and the population is dissatisfied. In the field of aesthetics, one of the methods used to obtain skin rejuvenation and prevention against possible wrinkles and furrows is the technique of applying hyaluronic acid with the aim of restoring firmness and support to the skin tissues, bringing a more hydrated, smooth appearance. and younger for the patient. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a relevant filler and appreciated by beauticians, for being completely reliable, being a minimally invasive technique, with the potential to be irreversible. Objective: To analyze through a literature review descriptions of the present study in the use of hyaluronic acid in the technique of facial harmonization and rejuvenation. Methodology: This is a bibliographic review, through the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), VHL (Virtual Health Library Portal, Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Social and Health Sciences (LILCAS) National Library of Medicine (PUBMED). Using the following inclusion criteria: articles published in the year 2016 to 2022 and full articles and in any language. The exclusion criteria are: articles whose themes do not match the research objective and duplicate articles in database The selected descriptors will be: acid, hyaluronic and rejuvenation, all registered in the Descriptors in Health Sciences (DECS). Expected Results: Based on this study, it is expected to highlight aesthetics and its new technologies, demonstrating whether in fact there is effectiveness in the use of hyaluronic acid in facial harmonization and in the fight against aging.
