This research evaluates the perspective of the disease in Brazil in the last years, associating important data such as hospitalizations, mortality rate, age group, sex and ethnicity. For, a literature review was carried out from 2015 to 2019 through a word analysis research about it, aiming at a description search using the Scielo, Publish to date and the following keys: Cardiac instruction, epidemiology and cardiology. 18 articles were selected and only 10 were used, excluding those that were impossible to access and were not in Portuguese or English. In addition, data collection was carried out in DATASUS, the SUS hospital information system (SIH/SUS), researching from January 2015 to December 2019 the number of hospitalizations, mortality rate, geographic distribution, age group, sex and ethnicity, average length of stay and total value in Brazil. As a result, a higher density of internal accessories and expenses was found in the Southeast region, in addition to a divergence and ethnic and cultural variety in access to care. Therefore, it is necessary to reassess the disease landscape in order to provide an equitable distribution of health services.
