Abstract

The idea that technology will significantly change all our entire reality is already obsolete for us so obvious. The new social paradigm it is so intrinsic to this conjuncture that makes us redundant, insofar that we seek to understand the way how we are impacted by the new equipment using them in the process of understanding and justification. In the legal sphere, to give meaning these new utilities, invariably we introduce well-intentioned all new facilities, to universalize an access to justice, without worrying about the real causes of inequality, already intrinsic in this environment, less and even more elitist. The concept that the insertion of new intelligent systems and intuitive platforms are the future and real it is part of our reality. The segregation exists and remains. Therefore, from a critical perspective is necessary to analyze the current scenario of access to justice, in their impact in the face of the new digital reality, certainly accelerated by global pandemic scenario.
