Abstract

By analysing the Artavia Murillo and others vs. Costa Rica Case, this paper deals with the theme of reproductive rights in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Theory of the ‘Dialogue of Courts, in order to highlight the importance of dialoguing for the effectiveness of the Inter-American Human Rights System and the possibilities to Brazilian in the sphere of reproductive rights
