Every day, society demands more from individuals, more specializations, more pro-activism, more resistance to carrying out their related activities, among other forms of demands on people. We understand that for the success and assimilation of these demands to which we are charged daily, one factor is fundamental, Self-Control, this factor becomes extremely relevant, whether for maintaining mental or relational health. In this way, the exploration of this theme is justifiable, as we understand that human relations are going through a period of intense changes, thus making it important to produce knowledge about factors that can help in this process, aiming at a balance in the adaptation to the changes that have occurred and that are taking place.
