Objective: to implement a medical clinic protocol in school health. Method: This is a cross-sectional study with descriptive analysis and description. It was develpoped at public school in Pará State, Blém city in january to march of 2021. Were in that 103 years children study evaluation and data analysis to 6 previous consultations, analysis, oral height, nutritional study and health weight includes. Results: 9.7% of children have comorbidities or previous illnesses; History and 41.8% of patients, of which 12 cases are references to pneumonia. Furthermore, among children under 5 years of age, 1.9% are obese; 3.8% are overweight and 15% at risk of being overweight. In the group of children aged 5 and 6 years, 3.9% had a diagnosis of severe obesity; 17.6% obesity; and 19.7% overweight. The peculiar data of evaluation by the student stand out the functionality of preparation of preschoolers for an individualized preparation of the child and their morbid and hygiene antecedents, thus elucidating, as main characteristics and characteristics in the profile of each one.
