It is intended to discuss with this theoretical research, how to use the knowledge of practice in psychoanalysis in the public health service, with the intention of finding ways to alleviate the complaints directed to the service in this segment. For that, we sought thoughts of authors who value in their works the variants that permeate the human relationship. Among the quotes, some ideas by Freud, by the sociologist Emile Durkheim, the Psychiatrist Paulo Amarante, also by Dr. Joel Reno, from Dr. Maurano and others, just as important. Guiding documents from the SUS were also used, such as some editions of the Cartilha Humaniza SUS. This article sought to understand, through the eyes of the authors researched, what brings together and what distances the praxis of psychoanalysis from that practiced in the reception of healthcare services and public health surveillance. The WHO (World Health Organization) definition of health/disease was used, which is corroborated by the aforementioned professionals. The authors highlighted the importance of good listening, both for those who seek the services and for those involved in receiving the demands. It was emphasized how much employees and users are subject to the facilitators of pathologies, which induce early diagnoses and cause disagreements between users and employees of the SUS. in understanding between workers (peers and hierarchical), and influencing the way clients analyze the care, as both SUS and Psychoanalysis assume that every secret lies in learning to listen. However, this article does not cover all the nuances that the subject can present.
