Abstract

The legal entity enables the development and growth of economic activities, allowing for direct action in business accompanied by legal responsibilities. The doctrine of the disregard of the legal entity was created to mitigate the exorbitant circumstances in the face of the patrimonial autonomy and commitment of the legal entity's assets.
