World Health Organization (WHO) data show that chronic noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) account for 71% of deaths worldwide occurring in 2016. Today, Brazil is mirrored or flagged by (WHO), and as NCD revealed as one of the responsible for morbidity and mortality in Brazil. The Ministry of Health in response to the appeal of the World Health Organization launched the Health Program with actions and goals aimed at containing chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular complications and malignant neoplasms. Given the scenario described, the present work as primary scope presents an epidemiological overview of the population of Recife-PE, based on the risk factors associated with the occurrence of chronic no communicable diseases in the Vigitel 2018 data. In association with this important objective national data that make it possible to make an average of the health conditions of the population residing in the city of Recife the present study will have as object of investigation the data from the Vigitel telephone survey, with special appeal for the year 2018 in a city of Recife. As discussions around the condition of variation of factors associated with DCNT, and an upward escalation of chronic no communicable diseases in conjunction with the Brazilian population epidemiological profile and with relief for reefs. In this mode, Vigitel becomes a reference for a composition of public health policies, both for the federates and for the Union. Based on the results of the on-screen system, the portrait of health conditions of the adult population focusing on sex is presented, schooling, age.
