Abstract

The present work, the result of a bibliographic review, generated the possibility of suggesting concepts and comparisons about pedagogical practices raised in this period of pandemic, caused by COVID-19, and some of these even emerged from this time of health crisis situation. As one of the protective measures of the pandemic - social isolation - resulted in the closing of schools around the world, in the desire to minimize the spread of the virus, and thus the dynamics of the educational process needed to be restructured, aiming to continue the school year, facing countless uncertainties and challenges. A new didactics - emergency remote teaching - was implemented in some institutions with the use of digital technologies for its execution, being carried out in different ways. And it is in this context that new words emerge, new meanings, which will be addressed throughout this study, aiming to clarify this current educational scenario, and thus providing a more active and conscious involvement in this transformation.
