ASSESSMENT OF DENTAL STUDENTS SATISFACTION AT A PUBLIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of Dentistry students at a public university. It is a quantitative analysis study conducted from August to October 2025,
via an online questionnaire, with a sample size of 170 students and a 5% margin of error. The main results showed that most participants were "reasonably satisfied" or "dissatisfied," primarily regarding the university's infrastructure. Dissatisfaction was higher among daytime students, while evening students showed less critical and more satisfactory responses. Therefore, the findings of this research point to the importance of actively listening to students and considering their expectations. Proper investment in good management, quality infrastructure, and more effective teaching directly contributes to student satisfaction and maintains an environment aligned with students' needs.
