Police work exposes its professionals to permanent risks and high psychosocial overload, which poses challenges to the formulation and consolidation of institutional policies for professional care and appreciation. This study examines the set of regulations of the Military Police of Paraná related to the health, well-being, and appreciation of its personnel. This is a qualitative, exploratory, and documentary research study in which normative acts were analyzed in light of the guidelines established by Law No. 13.675/2018, which establishes the Unified Public Security System, and its articulation with the Corporation's 2025–2027 Strategic Plan. The results indicate the existence of programs aligned with the Unified Public Security System and oriented towards the comprehensive care of military police officers, using the Objectives and Key Results methodology. These programs have the potential to support the evaluation of normative coherence, monitoring, and effectiveness of actions, contributing to the improvement of institutional policies and the strengthening of psychosocial resilience and organizational sustainability.
