CREATION OF A DIGITAL REPOSITORY FOR COURSE COMPLETION PROJECTS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION: AN EXPERIENCE OF THE 9TH REGIONAL DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE

Abstract

This experience report addresses the conception, development, and implementation of a digital repository for course completion projects (TCCs) within the scope of the 9th Regional Directorate of Education and Culture (9ª DIREC) in Rio Grande do Norte, focusing on secondary-level technical vocational education. We describe and analyze the project stages, evaluating their importance for pedagogical management and the valuing of student output, with the aim of supporting its replication in other regional education offices. Activities were grounded in integral human development and student agency, utilizing institutional and free digital tools (Google Sites, Google Sheets, and Canva) combined with Artificial Intelligence resources for data extraction, standardization, and visualization. The initiative was carried out throughout 2025, with systematic documentation of the stages, resulting in the organization of 31 projects from three technical schools within the jurisdiction into a public website monitored by analytical dashboards. The project strengthened the culture of research and evidence-based management, enhanced student agency and the visibility of student scientific output, and sparked discussions within SEEC/RN regarding the creation of a state-level repository—elements that highlight the experience's pedagogical potential and replicability.
