Crisis management and the control of highly complex civil disturbances require coordinated and specialized tactical responses from public security forces. This scientific article analyzes the operational synergy that comes from the integrated work of the Riot Squad, Cavalry, and K9 units with guard and protection dogs. Based on principles of crowd management, behavioral psychology, and graduated use of force, the study shows how the combined use of these three units enhances deterrent impact, optimizes the breaking up of crowds, and reduces the need for lethal interventions. It covers doctrinal aspects of on-the-ground coordination, applicable theoretical foundations, the specific tactical roles of each unit, and integration guidelines to preserve fundamental rights.
