Violence against women constitutes a serious public health problem and a violation of human rights, producing significant impacts on the lives of victims, their families, and society. In this context, the Primary Health Care nurse plays a fundamental role in the early identification, reception, and follow-up of women in situations of violence. The present study aimed to analyze, in the scientific literature, the care strategies used by nurses in the management of women in situations of violence in Primary Health Care. This is an integrative literature review conducted in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (BVS), and CAPES Journals databases. Studies published between 2016 and 2026, available in full, open access, and related to the proposed theme were selected. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, nine studies comprised the final sample. The results showed that humanized care, qualified listening, home visits, strengthening of bonds, and referrals to the support network are important care strategies developed by nursing. However, difficulties were also identified related to the lack of professional training, the difficulty in identifying the different forms of violence, and the fragility of intersectoral coordination. It is concluded that continuing education, professional qualification, and strengthening of the care network are fundamental to ensuring comprehensive, humanized, and safe care for women in situations of violence, contributing to the promotion of female dignity and to combating violence against women.
