The following study will present the characteristics of cyberbullying and its impacts on children and adolescents, in light of the Statute of Children and Adolescents. Using an informative approach, the text aims to present the challenges brought about by internet use, highlighting the importance of preventive measures, digital education, and psychological support. It is primarily based on the Statute of Children and Adolescents to highlight the rights applicable to those affected, proposing a reflection on the role of society, family, and the State in guaranteeing this right in the face of the dangers of the virtual world. The article's main legal basis is Law No. 14.811/2024. Brazilian Code.
