This study analyzed the temporal trend and relative participation of Partner Prenatal Care consultations in Brazil between 2018 and 2025, compared with prenatal consultations for pregnant women. This is an ecological, descriptive, retrospective time-series study, developed using secondary public-domain data from the outpatient production records of the Brazilian Unified Health System. Partner Prenatal Care consultations and prenatal consultations for pregnant women were analyzed according to year, geographic region, and federative unit. Annual variation, the ratio of partner consultations per 100 prenatal consultations for pregnant women, and the regional share of the national total were calculated. During the study period, 45,146,559 prenatal consultations were recorded, of which 151,839 corresponded to partners and 44,994,720 to pregnant women. Partner consultations increased by 369.8%, from 7,234 in 2018 to 33,983 in 2025. Despite this growth, the ratio reached only 0.7875 partner consultations per 100 prenatal consultations for pregnant women in 2025. It is concluded that Partner Prenatal Care expanded in Brazil, but maintained low participation and unequal distribution among regions and federative units.
