The training of a pharmacist is a long, extensive, and continuous process that extends beyond graduation; it is essential for professional development and adaptation to constant changes in the health field. General Objective: To investigate the interest of pharmacists in professional qualification, considering motivational factors, barriers faced, and demands of the job market. Materials and Methods: This is a study conducted through an integrative bibliographic review, aiming to achieve the research objectives: to understand the interest and motivations of pharmacists in continuing education and postgraduate courses, identifying the reasons, preferences, and barriers that influence the choice of these educational programs.
