This study aimed to analyze the temporal trends and epidemiological characteristics of dengue cases in the municipality of Manacapuru, Amazonas, from 2021 to 2025. This is a descriptive, retrospective study with a quantitative approach, based on secondary data obtained from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN), available through DATASUS. Variables such as sex, age group, and spatial distribution were analyzed, along with the calculation of annual incidence rates based on population estimates from IBGE. The results showed significant variations in incidence over the years, with a cyclical pattern and concentration of cases during the rainy season, especially between January and May. A higher frequency of cases was observed among young adults, with a slight predominance in females and greater severity among the elderly. Spatial distribution indicated higher occurrence in urban areas with greater socioeconomic vulnerability. It is concluded that dengue dynamics in Manacapuru are strongly associated with environmental, social, and structural factors, highlighting the need to strengthen epidemiological surveillance and integrated public health policies.
