Objective: To demonstrate and analyze fetal health in women with gestational syphilis. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, using the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database. The guiding question was formulated using the PICo strategy: "What are the impacts on fetal health in pregnant women with gestational syphilis?" Results: The database search resulted in a final sample of 10 articles that were read and analyzed and formed the basis of the discussion. Conclusion: The results and discussions indicated a lack of attention to the consistency of prenatal care for both the pregnant woman and her partner, as well as serological testing. Due to social vulnerabilities, disease prevention fails. To improve this shortcoming, training strategies for healthcare professionals are necessary, focusing on providing support, health education, partner treatment, and prenatal care, which will improve disease indicators.Downloads
