The present study aimed to highlight the importance of physiotherapeutic interventions in the rehabilitation of patients with fibromyalgia. This integrative review, conducted in the LILACS, MEDLINE, and IBECS databases, through the Virtual Health Library (VHL), included articles published between 2020 and 2025. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, six studies were selected for analysis. The results showed that physical therapy resources such as aerobic exercise, stretching, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, and Pilates promote multidimensional benefits, including chronic pain reduction, improved mobility, sleep quality, psychological well-being, and functional autonomy. The need for individualized protocols was also highlighted, as response to treatment varies among patients. The conclusion is that physical therapy represents an essential intervention in the management of fibromyalgia and should be integrated into multidisciplinary protocols. In addition to alleviating physical symptoms, it contributes to self-esteem, social integration, and productivity, reinforcing its relevance as an indispensable tool in comprehensive care.
