The Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira guided the reorganization of mental health care within the Sistema Único de Saúde, structuring the Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) and strengthening Psychosocial Care Centers as strategic services for territorial care. This study aimed to analyze the service production of the CAPS in the municipality of São Cristóvão, Sergipe, from 2017 to 2024. This is an ecological, cross-sectional, and descriptive study with a quantitative approach, based on secondary data from the SUS Outpatient Information System. During the analyzed period, 89,258 procedures were recorded, representing an increase of more than 1,600% in annual production. Individual consultations predominated, followed by group and family care, in addition to the expansion of territorial practices and psychosocial rehabilitation actions. The findings indicate an expansion of access and diversification of care modalities, aligned with the psychosocial model, highlighting the importance of strategic use of health information for planning and improving mental health management.
