This article investigates the relevance of financial education in the Military Police of Amazonas Officer Training Course (CFO PMAM) as a strategic asset for public security. It analyzes the impact of personal financial management on the quality of life, mental health, and professional performance of military police officers, as well as its contribution to reducing vulnerabilities such as indebtedness and corruption. The bibliographic research, focusing on works by Denison Melo de Aguiar and other authors, explores the gap in traditional training and proposes the inclusion of financial education programs in the CFO PMAM curriculum. The expected results point to institutional strengthening, improved well-being of officers, and consequently, more effective and integral public security in the state of Amazonas.
