This study aims to analyze technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can foster digital inclusion, expanding access and creating opportunities to reduce inequalities in technology use. In contemporary society, connectivity has become a necessity rather than a privilege, directly impacting education, healthcare, work, and social participation. AI emerges as a powerful ally in addressing challenges such as lack of infrastructure, high costs, and barriers related to digital skills. A systematic literature review was conducted, including an ethical analysis of risks such as privacy, security, biases, and potential exclusions. Ten relevant articles were selected, and the qualitative approach enabled an in-depth understanding of the topic. Beyond mapping solutions, this study reflects on how to ensure that AI is used responsibly, preventing it from reinforcing the very inequalities it seeks to overcome.
