Teenage pregnancy is a serious public health problem, with physical, psychological, and social impacts for both mother and baby. In this context, nursing plays a crucial role in both the prevention and appropriate management of this condition. This study aimed to highlight nursing's role in the management and prevention of teenage pregnancy. This is an integrative literature review, conducted in six stages, based on the PICo strategy. Data collection was conducted in September 2025 in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), encompassing the LILACS, MEDLINE, and BDENF databases. A total of 239 articles were identified, of which 6 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The results showed consensus in the literature regarding the importance of nursing in adolescent care, with emphasis on health education, prenatal care, complication prevention, and the promotion of psychosocial support. The study also highlighted the need for educational practices that consider the social, family, and emotional context of adolescents, in addition to strengthening public policies focused on reproductive health. We conclude that nursing plays a crucial role in the prevention and management of adolescent pregnancy, but there is still a lack of robust studies. Therefore, the importance of further research to support more effective care and prevention strategies is reinforced.
