Abstract

This work brings together a set of interdisciplinary studies that engage with central themes of contemporary society, especially in the fields of education, management, technology, social inclusion, health, and human rights. By combining different theoretical approaches and practical reflections, the collection proposes a broad and consistent analysis of the current challenges faced by society and institutions, highlighting the need for integrated, innovative, and ethically committed actions for human development and the promotion of social equity.

Among the themes addressed, discussions on social inequality and human dignity stand out, with an emphasis on understanding historical and structural processes that impact vulnerable groups and the importance of decent work as a fundamental element for inclusion and social justice. In the educational field, the work presents reflections on contemporary school management, highlighting the role of shared leadership, institutional organization, and cooperation among different actors for the realization of the right to learning and for the consolidation of democratic and socially referenced pedagogical practices.
