This study aimed to analyze the profile of incidents attended by the Advanced Support Unit (USA) of the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in the municipality of Londrina, Paraná, from January to March 2022. This is an epidemiological, descriptive, and retrospective study, carried out from the analysis of 1,383 forms from the Paramedic Service Report. The data were tabulated in Microsoft Excel® and analyzed using SPSS 20.0, employing descriptive statistics. A predominance of male patients (57.0%) and an age range between 60 and 79 years (29.2%) was observed. The main reasons for the calls were clinical causes (52.8%), followed by inter-hospital transfers (34.1%) and trauma (13.1%). Among the most frequent complaints were neurological (26.8%), cardiovascular (21.8%), and respiratory (17.3%). Most patients presented a level of consciousness classified as mild trauma according to the Glasgow Coma Scale (55.1%), and the main outcome was transfer to a hospital unit (45.9%). It is concluded that clinical occurrences predominate in advanced support, with a higher incidence in men and the elderly, highlighting the relevance of strategic planning and continuous training of teams to optimize pre-hospital care.
