This article proposes the implementation of a Telehealth system in the Military Police of Amazonas (PMAM), focusing on serving military police officers stationed in the interior of the state. The central problem lies in the geographical barriers due to the vast territory of Amazonas and the difficulty of accessing medical specialists in health units in the interior of the state, in addition to generating a bureaucratic process for the validation of medical certificates. The methodology adopted consists of a qualitative and exploratory bibliographic and documentary research, analyzing data from the PMAM's personnel, laws, regulations, and guidelines of the National Public Security Plan. The results indicate that the use of the existing electronic medical record system at the PMAM Hospital, if integrated with a dedicated telemedicine center, allows for continuous monitoring of the mental and physical health of the personnel, promoting suicide prevention and increasing organizational motivation. It is concluded that the project has technical and financial proposals, grounded in the federal telehealth law and in public security funds, constituting an essential strategy for the professional development and operational efficiency of the corporation in the Amazonian scenario.
