This study analyzes the impact of the Electronic Citizen's Medical Record (ECR), within the context of the e-SUS Primary Health Care (e-SUS APS) strategy, on the production of indicators and the reduction of Vaccination Inequalities (VI) in Brazil. It is an integrative literature review, covering the period from 2020 to 2026, focusing on the transition from consolidated records to nominal data in Primary Health Care (PHC). The results indicate that digitization via ECR optimized the reliability of Health Indicators (HI) and facilitated the active search for those who missed vaccinations by Family Health Strategy (FHS) teams. It concludes that interoperability with the National Immunization Program (PNI) and performance-linked financing are essential pillars for ensuring vaccination equity in the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
