CRIMINAL POLICY AND RESTORATIVE JUSTICE

Abstract

The present book refers to the study of Restorative Justice. Through a revision of the literature with bibliographic research, which looks for information in books, magazines, publications, and other materials about the subject. Between objectives is the search for bigger and greater information about the topic. The main purpose of the article is to evaluate how Restorative Justice can assist through a communication channel with a penalty which can be defined between parties involved in the conflict.
