This article seeks to understand the insertion of young people into work through urban mobility platforms in Sinop, Mato Grosso, investigating the reasons that lead part of the population to opt for this type of occupation, which has been gaining ground in society in recent times. The research is based on an investigation with young people between 18 and 24 years old, as the search for this occupation has been growing, the so-called "uberization". The study seeks to understand how this form of work is related to issues such as rights, precariousness, flexibility, and social protection. The research presented is based on the relationship between youth and work, engaging with authors from the social sciences who analyze these factors in the work environment.
