The study analyzed quality management as a central element for promoting continuous improvement in educational institutions, considering contemporary demands in the field. The research problem examined how quality could be sustainably promoted in schools and universities when facing challenges related to innovation, equity, and institutional organization. The main objective was to understand how quality management contributed to strengthening pedagogical, administrative, and technological processes. The methodology was based exclusively on bibliographic research, enabling the examination of theoretical contributions related to educational inequalities, technology use, evaluation culture, leadership, and planning. The development section discussed factors influencing quality, emphasizing the integration of pedagogical practices, technological infrastructure, teacher training, community participation, and institutional equity policies. Findings indicated that quality management required articulated and continuous processes supported by systematic evaluation, collaborative leadership, and strategic planning. The final considerations pointed out that educational quality resulted from coherence between administrative and pedagogical actions and from the institution’s ability to respond to social and technological changes. The study also highlighted the need for further research to deepen understanding of the practical implementation of these strategies.
