This article analyzes the factors that contribute to delays in the processing of judicial cases involving children and adolescents in situations of vulnerability in judicial units located in the interior of the State of Amazonas, Brazil. The study is based on the Child and Adolescent Statute, the regulations of the National Council of Justice, and the analysis of data extracted from the Power BI dashboard provided by the Amazonas State Court of Justice. A qualitative and descriptive approach is adopted, grounded in documentary and normative analysis, seeking to understand the challenges faced by the Judiciary in ensuring the right to family and community life. The results indicate that procedural delays stem from factors such as the insufficiency of public support policies, inadequate judicial infrastructure, the shortage of multidisciplinary technical teams, and the geographic difficulties characteristic of the Amazon region. It is concluded that ensuring comprehensive protection requires coordinated action among the Judiciary, the Executive branch, and civil society, along with the strengthening of protection networks, investment in preventive public policies, and improvements in judicial management, in order to guarantee greater procedural efficiency and the effective protection of the rights of children and adolescents.
