IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE UMA ESTRATÉGIA PARA A PROMOÇÃO DO USO RACIONAL DE MEDICAMENTOS POR MEIO DO ARCO DE MAGUEREZ: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Abstract

Introduction: A non-adherence to treatment with antimicrobials is a problem that contributes to the occurrence of the phenomenon of resistance to these drugs. Methodology: This work is an experience report of the implementation of a tool to reduce the difficulties in antimicrobial therapy in a UBS in Ceilândia-DF, using the methodology of problematization with the arc of Maguerez. Results: The strategy used was a record to assist in taking the dose of the prescribed antimicrobial, which was well accepted by the entire UBS team, becoming a very useful tool for professionals, as an ally in promoting the Rational Use of Medicines (RUM). Conclusion: The dose intake record is an initial step in the development of actions to encourage the RUM and activities to promote patient safety.
